Ordering Policy [ Flipside Merch - Updated May 2016 ]
Our main goal here at Flipside Merch is to make your online purchasing experience the easiest and smoothiest possible, so you can buy and receive your stuff with plain trust all along the ordering proccess. If you have any questions that aren't clarified below, please contact us and we'll get back at you asap.
Flipside Merch uses the French Postal Services shipping methods, tracked letters for small packages and Colissimo tracked method for the bigger ones. Our shipping rates are the actual ones, no additional fees for you when ordering. We try to get you the cheapest and most secure tracked shipping rates possible and we know how to pack securely your vinyl goods, as we are all records collectors just like you here at Flipside Merch.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM, excluding French public holidays and our annual August summer well deserved vacations. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days from when an order is placed.
You will receive an order confirmation through email after you placed and paid your order, and also a second email when your order has been shipped and on its way to you. We always send an invoice inside your package.
All the packages tracking informations are available through your Flipside Merch account, so please check that out so you easily know when to expect your package.
Most international orders are received within 4 weeks. Please be patient. International delivery times are based on location and customs procedures in the receiving country.
All prices listed on our website are by default stated in Euros/EUR/€, but there is a currency convertor for American Dollars/USD/$ and English Pounds/GBP/£.
We accept payments through Paypal, so you can pay your carts using your Paypal account or using your credit card through the Paypal proccess. It's the safest, quickest and most secure online way of payment.
Due to nonstop varying stock levels and lots of low stock merchandise numbers, we are unable to do exchanges as of now. You will need to return us the unwanted item and then place a new order for the new item you would like, so that we are all 100% sure what you want is in stock at this moment.
Returns & Refunds
As we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, if it happens you're not satisfied with your items ordered, please email us and we will work something out about a possible return, and a partial or full refund, minus the original shipping costs. All returns must be made within 30 days after your date of order. We do not accept returns after that 30 days period. All sale items are final.
Returned items have to be in their original form, for merchandise (unworn and unwashed) and for musical items (in the same shape they were sent to you in the first place), accompanied with your Flipside Merch bill and order number, so we have all the infos needed to get back at you and treat your request in the shortest amount of time. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows any signs of wear and/or alterations. In this case, you will not be refunded and the items will be re-sent to you at your charge. That's why always email us first !
Our customers are financially responsible for shipping item(s) back to Flipside Merch. We can't be held responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.
If by mistake, we sent you a wrong item, don’t worry, set back and relax, just let us know and email us and we will make things right to get your real goods in your hands as soon as possible.
